The AWL812 is designed for inspection of 8″ and 12″ (200mm and 300mm) wafers. The system can accommodate both 200 and 300mm in one setting. Systems also capable to perform Microscopic (or Micro) Inspection, Macro Front Side inspection, Macro Wafer Back Side Inspection, Wafer Edge Inspection. The system is also capable to perform review of wafers using KLARF format file or any EMAP that customer provide.
The AWL068 is designed for inspection of 6″ and 8″ (150mm and 200mm) wafers. The system can accommodate both 150 and 200mm in one setting. Systems also capable to perform Microscopic (or Micro) Inspection, Macro Front Side inspection, Macro Wafer Back Side Inspection, Wafer Edge Inspection.
