CK360 Abrasive Cutter
CK360 is a heavy duty abrasive cutter that delivers constant powerful sectioning through automatic and manual cutting modes with a cutting stroke of 360mm. With this system, most of samples can be sectioned. The quick clamping vise not only decreases the time for specimen clamping but it also help to obtain a perfect surface after cutting. Furthermore, the LED illumination and magnetic cleaning spray gun provide operator with an ergonomic and user-friendly operation environment.

CK260B/360B/460B 12 -16″ Abrasive Cutter
CK260B, CK360B & CK460B represent newer updates of our freestanding abrasive cutters. The CK260B being a 12″ machine and the CK360B either 12″ or upto to 16″ and the CK460B being a 16″ machine. All machines take the same basic design but obviously motor and capacities vary depending on the machine. All cutters have been modified so that the cut off machine now incorporates T-slot beds for multiple vice options.

CL50 Abrasive Cutter
The CL50 is a higher speed bench mounted diamond cut-off machine compared to the CL40. The CL50 increases the capacity from the CL40. It uses 5″ to 7″ cutting discs (125-175mm). Has variable speed wheel control from 150-2000 rpm.

CL50C Abrasive Cutter
The new desktop manual wet abrasive cut-off machine has been developed by TopTech for general purpose metallography. The bench mounted manual wet abrasive cut-off machines are designed for general purpose metallurgical cutting. Machines are available in 250mm or 300mm versions

CLM35B Abrasive Cutting Machine
The new desktop fine precision cutter has been developed by TopTech for sectioning delicate and wafer thin samples such as circuit boards and electrical components. It has a wide flat perforated plate to enable quick-release clamping of work pieces up to 500mmx200mm. It uses a maximum 200mm (8″) cutting blade at speeds of up to 2000rpm. It is available as either button controlled automatic feed – with an automatic return to home point after cutting, or as a manual control.

CF250A 12″ Abrasive Cutter
The latest 12″ Abrasive Cutter from TopTech is the CF250A. The CF250A has been modified so that the cut off machine now incorporates Z axis cutting as well as our usual Y direction
The lighting is now internal LED lighting and the sides have been made to allow through cutting options if required.

CK200B 10″ Abrasive Cutter
The CK200 has been modified so that the cut off machine now incorporates T-slot beds for multiple vice options. The lighting is now internal LED lighting and the sides have been opened up to let more light in. They have a cutting depth of 200mm. The magnetic cleaning spray gun stores in any location.

CL60A Abrasive Cutter
The Preciso-CL60A is the 10″ Wet Abrasive Cut Off Machine. It is an automatic cutter with touchpanel control with a programmable function. It enables easy and quick positioning of samples for sectioning. It can cut in two directions with variable speed control. Both vertical and horizontal cutting. Uses a 100L coolant tank essential for cool cutting. It has a large cutting capacity using either an abrasive cut-off disc, or a diamond wafering blade.

The CL100A is the most versatile and powerful of the range. It is an automatic cutter with touch-panel control with a programmable function. It enables easy and quick positioning of samples for sectioning. It can cut in two directions with variable speed control. It has a large cutting capacity using either an abrasive cut-off disc, or a diamond wafering blade.

CL80A Abrasive Cutter
The CL80A is the 12″ Wet Abrasive Cut Off Machine. It is an automatic cutter with touchpanel control with a programmable function. It enables easy and quick positioning of samples for sectioning. It can cut in two directions with variable speed control. Variable Speed motor with 100L Coolant Tank. It has a large cutting capacity using either an abrasive cut-off disc, or a diamond wafering blade.

CF260S – CF450S Large Freestanding Wet Abrasive Cutters
The AltoCut-CF series of wet abrasive cutters all offer both manual and fully automated cutting. They can also handle long and heavy work pieces as the large doors enable easy loading and the vice-bed allows complete flexibility for clamping. The working platform accommodates a variety of sample sizes.

CF40 Abrasive Cutter
The CL40 is a low speed bench mounted diamond cut-off machine. CL40 is a low-speed precision cutter ideal for sectioning delicate materials. It uses 3″ to 5″ cutting discs (75-125mm).
Has variable speed wheel control from 0-400 rpm. Provided horizontal vernier control of 25mm. Maximum Sample size is 40mm. Has auto shut-off at end of the cut.

ML-C Hot Mounting Press
The ML-C series is a virtually quiet range of hot mounting presses operating below 62 decibels. It is suitable for a samples ranging from 25mm to 50mm. It is fully automatic for pressurising, heating and cooling. User-friendly program information is shown on the large touch screen.

ML-L Hot Mounting Press
The ML-L series is a virtually silent range of hot mounting presses operating below 48 decibels. It is suitable for a samples ranging from 25mm to 50mm. It is fully automatic for pressurising, heating and cooling. User-friendly program information is shown on the colour LCD touch screen. The single sample mounting press produces one sample at a time. The dual version allows a doubling of this capacity.

ML-L1 Hot Mounting Press
The Presidon ML-L1 is a fully automatic hot mounting press which pressurises, heats and cools completely free of operator involvement. The user-friendly control and programming panel is displayed on a large touch screen ensuring you know exactly what stage in the process the press is at at all times. As with the other presses in the range, the ML-L1 range can accommodate 25, 32,40 or 50mm sample sizes and it can produce between 1 and 6 pieces simultaneously.

MV02 Vacuum Sample Mounting Machine
While a sample resin is mounted and begin to set, there may be air bubble trap inside the cured sample. The MV02 system will apply an effective vacuum during the resin setting process and effectively reducing this and thus improving the quality of mount.

Top Tech E-F Manual Grinding Polishing Machine
